Home is located just off Alberta St. in the Alameda neighborhood, and is within blocks of dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and parks.
 
We are looking for like-minded grown-ups to join our home.
 
New housemates will be required to go through a background check from our property management company, and sign a year  lease.

- large bedroom on the second floor with many West facing windows (excellent for sunsets). Includes private, in-suite bathroom with walk-in double-headed shower.

​BEDROOM TWO
$1000/mo
- est. 11' x 10'
East facing medium size bedroom.  (There is a small guest-bedroom between these two rooms, so they do not share a wall).  This bedroom has access to large 2-sink bathroom with bathtub, only shared with occasional house guests (not very common).   This room includes a lovely library area just outside the bedroom on the landing.
